Writing good requirements, and thus improving project and process success, is a skill that must be perfected like any other.

This seminar uses our case study, "Requirements for a Requirement Management Tool (RMT)", to provide students with the opportunity to employ negotiation techniques for eliciting requirements from customer/clients, critique elements of scope and requirements, write additional requirements and rationale, and select a verification method for each requirement. Students will learn to be proactive in the process, as opposed to merely reacting to problems.
