Higher levels of management are not often involved in requirement writing, but they are deeply concerned about producing winning products – on schedule, within budget, and with the features and quality customers expect. These managers often are not aware of the resource commitment that needs to be made before design and production to reduce the overall product development and testing cost. As often shown in Dilbert cartoons, they want to just "get started coding or building" the product.
In order to obtain management support for your process adaptations, we offer a short training session especially for those managers. We will tailor the class from three hours to one day to make it work for your organization and for the “hard to schedule” managers.
