Cheryl Hill

In addition to serving as Requirements Expert's Chief Operating Officer, Cheryl is a senior instructor who brings to our organization and to her students a unique perspective in managing product and project development efforts. Since joining ReqExperts in 2003, Cheryl has worked extensively with our clients to properly define scope and to effectively elicit, validate, document and manage requirements. Cheryl's contributions to our clients are further enhanced by her extensive background and experience working on full-life cycle development projects with Fortune 500 companies in the consumer products, defense, oil and gas, chemical, retail, and financial services industries.

Prior to and since joining ReqExperts, Cheryl has partnered with all levels of IT and business organizations mentoring and coaching individuals and teams in the development of solutions that are actionable and executable. Through her efforts, Cheryl has been consistently successful in strengthening organizational value by developing and implementing product specifications that align with business vision.

Cheryl's project management experience includes managing full-life cycle implementations of Siebel CRM and SAP application packages as well as managing custom software development projects. In addition to managing projects from the requirements phase to production, Cheryl has often been called in to turn troubled projects around. Cheryl is adept at identifying and resolving issues to bring these projects to successful conclusions with satisfied customers.

Cheryl is also a trained facilitator helping her clients define their projects needs, goals, objectives and requirements using consensus-based techniques. Cheryl has a BS in Finance from the University of Tennessee, is a certified Project Management Professional and is a former member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
