We've established that inspection workshops are a proven technique in removing requirement defects. Yet it must be recognized that the effectiveness of the inspections is dependent upon the knowledge and skill of the workshop moderator. Moderator skills can be learned and enhanced with the proper coaching and techniques.
This one day workshop will improve the knowledge and capabilities of anyone who desires (or is required) to lead inspections. The course provides a forum for participants to share inspection experiences to learn from each other, as well as the instructor, how to handle many possible situations.
